House Extension

Porch

Conversions/Dormer Extension

Both Building Regulations and Planning Permission is required in a dormer extension at the front of a property. Dormers can sometimes be added at rear without Planning Permission. (Must not exceed 40 cubic metres or be above ridge line). Building Regulation Consent is required to convert your loft.If A and B don’t apply
