Elie – Managing Director and Planning Consultant

Elie founded 4D Planning in 2010 following many years of working in award-winning architectural practices in London and the Middle East. Elie graduated with a BA (Hons) in Architecture and a Masters degree in Urban and Regional Planning at the University of Westminster in London. Elie has also worked as a planner for Islington Council and has considerable Local Authority and Private Sector experience achieving results and successful outcomes for his clients.

4D Planning in an independent multi-disciplinary chartered planning consultancy and architecture firm, combining both architectural skill with town and urban planning knowledge. 

The firm has grown rapidly over the past 10 years boasting hundreds of successful planning and architectural projects around the UK, many of them featured on this website.

Elie’s combined expertise with architecture and planning, as well as his drive and motivation for achieving successful outcomes for his clients has contributed to many repeat clients and many recommendations. Elie manages a team of professional planning consultants and highly skilled architectural technicians to provide a professional, swift, and competitive service that delivers positive results.

Darragh – Planning Consultant

Darragh has years of experience in the public sector as a Planning Officer. He brings a considerable amount of experience working in both the residential and commercial sectors, providing trusted and detailed professional advice to clients. Darragh specialises in case law and enjoys preparing strong planning appeals. With a track record and a reputation for wining appeals, Darragh prepares Planning Statements and Feasibility Reports for a wide range of projects around the UK. 

Imran – Planning Consultant and Solicitor

Imran has been part of the 4D Planning team since 2014 and with his background as a solicitor has valuable experience advising clients on all matters relating to property development. Imran focuses primarily on feasibility consultations, preparation of planning statements and planning applications.

Neil – Planning Consultant

Neil has worked as a Planning Officer for a number of London boroughs over the years and joined our team in 2016 to assist 4D Planning with site consultations, meetings with clients, feasibility studies and preparation of planning applications.

Joanna – Planning Consultant

Joanna has experience working for a number of Planning Consultancies over the years both in the UK and in Europe. Joanna and uses her experience and research skills to produce feasibility studies, planning statements, design and access statements and all other aspects of the planning application process. Joanna has an interest in Heritage and is always delighted to be involved in projects relating to the regeneration and restoration of old properties.

Mike – Planning Consultant & Transport Planner

Mike joined the 4D Planning team in 2016. Mike graduated with a Masters degree – together with Elie – in Urban and Regional Planning. Mike has extensive knowledge and experience working in the Transport Sector advising clients and preparing Transport Statements, Travel Plans / Sustainable Travel Statements, Delivery and Servicing Management Plans and Parking Surveys. Mike also assists with feasibility studies, preparation of planning statements and submission of planning applications.

Giacomo – Marketing and IT Director

Giacomo is responsible for administration and IT management of the firm. He also manages all marketing tasks and keeps our website and social media up-to-date for the benefit of our clients and potential clients.

Samuel – Heritage and Conservation Consultant

Sam currently works part-time for 4D Planning assisting with listed building consent applications. Sam prepares all Heritage Reports and Historic Impact Assessments for listed buildings. Sam also works part-time as a Heritage and Conservation Officer in one of the London boroughs and his knowledge and expertise is an asset to the 4D Planning team.

Adrian – Architectural Technician & RIBA Associate Member

Adrian visits each client at their property for the measured survey. Following the survey the architectural drawings are produced in CAD and sent to the client in PDF format for approval. Adrian has worked for a number of architectural practises in Romania prior to joining the 4D Planning team in 2015. Adrian is based in London although travels around the UK regularly to meet clients at their properties regardless of location.

Lee – Architectural Technologist

Lee has been working with 4D Planning since 2012 in the Manchester office. Lee specialises in Building Control and prepares all architectural drawings for planning, building regulations and for construction.

Alberto – Architectural Technologist

Alberto works in the London office advising clients on Building Control matters such as how to comply with the building regulations. Alberto produces all relevant building regulations for each project and liaises with the Building Control Inspector to ensure that each project is signed off and approved. Alberto also produces Tender Packs for the builders so that each project can be priced up for the benefit of our clients.

Beni – Architectural Technician

Beni has been working with 4D Planning since 2011 in the London office and has experience surveying properties, producing architectural drawings in CAD and producing high quality renders in 3D for many projects.

Alvaro – Architectural Technician

Alvaro has experience surveying properties and producing architectural drawings in CAD. One of Alvaro’s skills is to produce 3D renders and Visuals of our projects, many of which are featured on our company website.

Fahad – Architectural Technician

Fahad is one of our London based architectural technicians. He has experience surveying properties and producing architectural drawings in CAD.

Sean – Architectural Technician

Sean joined 4D Planning in the Manchester office earlier this year and is responsible for overseeing all architectural projects in the North West.

Mohammed – Architectural Technician

Mohammed is one of our Manchester based CAD technicians. He has experience surveying properties and producing architectural drawings in CAD.

Qasim – Architectural Technician & RIBA Associate Member

Qasim is one of our support architectural technicians. He has years of experience working on various residential projects in the UK and overseas. His focus is on producing professional architectural drawings following a detailed measured survey of each property.

Judith – Practise Manager

Judith has been working with 4D Planning for the past eight years. Her role includes overall management of the firm, administration, bookkeeping, human resources and social media.

Deborah – Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Deborah has joined the 4D Planning team in 2015 and is responsible for administration and assistance to the Director.
